Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and pluss77 ("pluss77," "the Platform," "We," or "Us"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the pluss77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Definitions
The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

- "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
- "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pluss77 Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means the amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's Account that have been deposited by the Player and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
- "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds credited to an Account by pluss77, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, instant game (including Mines, Bingo, and Triple), or sports betting market offered on the Platform.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates online gaming activities in the Philippines under which pluss77 is licensed to operate.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pluss77 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without a registered Account — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
Acceptance is further confirmed by any of the following acts:
- Clicking the "Register" or "Create Account" button during the registration process;

Eligibility & Age Restriction
21+ ONLY. The pluss77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where access to the pluss77 Platform is not prohibited by applicable law;
- Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pluss77 or PAGCOR;
- Not be an employee, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of pluss77 or its affiliated companies;
- Not be acting on behalf of any third party in relation to Account activity;
- Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
pluss77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a User cannot satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility, pluss77 may suspend or terminate the Account immediately, withhold any withdrawals pending, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by law.
Account Registration
Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the pluss77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
During the registration process, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
- Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine identification document;
- Date of birth confirming age of 21 or older;
- A valid Philippine mobile number (the primary identifier for OTP-based authentication);
- A valid email address;
- A secure password meeting pluss77's minimum complexity requirements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by the registered Account holder. pluss77 shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from the sharing, misuse, or compromise of a Player's login credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
pluss77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits beyond specified thresholds.
KYC verification requires Players to submit:
- A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Voter's ID);
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document;
- In certain cases, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of a GCash account registered in the Player's name).
pluss77 undertakes to process KYC submissions within two (2) business days of receipt of complete documentation. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission. pluss77 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by applicable regulations. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed, may result in Account suspension, and will be subject to AML investigation as required by law. pluss77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, the Player's payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Third-Party Deposits Are Prohibited. Depositing funds using payment accounts not registered in your own name is a violation of these Terms and applicable AML regulations. Such deposits will be returned to source, and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed;
- The withdrawal amount represents Real Money Balance, not Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements;
- The Player's Account is in good standing and not subject to any restriction, suspension, or investigation;
- The minimum withdrawal amount of PHP 200 (or higher threshold as specified by the applicable payment method) is met.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy is applied to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. pluss77 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
- GCash and Maya: Within 30 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours;
- Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Within 1–3 business days via InstaPay or PESONet;
- USDT: Within 24 hours, subject to network conditions;
- Other methods: Up to 3 business days.
pluss77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal of PHP 50,000 or above in a single transaction, or where cumulative withdrawals in a calendar month exceed PHP 200,000, in compliance with PAGCOR and BSP reporting requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
pluss77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general provisions apply to all pluss77 bonuses:
- One bonus per household/device/IP: Promotional offers are limited to one claim per individual Player. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times, including via multiple Accounts, will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Game contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- Maximum bet restriction: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum single bet amount is capped as specified in the promotion terms (typically PHP 500 per round). Exceeding the maximum bet cap while on bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
- pluss77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at pluss77's absolute discretion.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All Games offered on the pluss77 Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming provisions apply platform-wide:
- All random outcomes in pluss77 slot and instant games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time, monitored by pluss77 and the relevant live game provider.
- Bets placed and confirmed are final. pluss77 will not cancel or amend wagers after the betting window for a round has closed, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pluss77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR where appropriate:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
- Using another person's identity or payment credentials to fund or operate an Account;
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes;
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform — including game malfunctions — to obtain funds that would not have been available under normal operating conditions;
- Laundering money or using the Platform for any activity that facilitates the concealment of the proceeds of crime;
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or as part of a syndicate arrangement without prior written consent from pluss77;
- Engaging in any bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using any circumvention technology including VPNs or proxies.
Responsible Gaming
pluss77 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players. The Platform incorporates a range of responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible by Players at any time through their Account settings or by contacting support.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits per session, day, week, or month. When a limit is reached, access to real-money games is suspended for the corresponding period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration limits, after which the Platform will prompt the Player to take a break.
- Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time played and net activity during a session may be configured.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 30 days or a permanent exclusion. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the pluss77 Platform — including the pluss77 name, logo, and brand assets — are the exclusive property of pluss77 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express prior written authorisation from pluss77;
- Using pluss77 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
- Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pluss77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, lost opportunities, or reputational damage.
pluss77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Without limiting the foregoing, pluss77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Privacy & Data Protection
pluss77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pluss77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable data protection obligations imposed by PAGCOR. Personal data collected through the Platform will not be sold to third parties and will be used solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Account Suspension & Termination
pluss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
- KYC verification has failed or the Player has declined to provide required documentation;
- The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform;
- Suspicious activity is detected on the Account that triggers AML investigation obligations;
- pluss77 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other applicable legal authority;
- A Player's self-exclusion request is active.
In the event of Account termination for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited. pluss77 will provide written notification of termination and the grounds therefor where legally permissible.
Dispute Resolution
In the event that a Player has a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pluss77 Platform — including game results, payment processing, bonus terms, or Account decisions — the following procedure applies:
- Step 1 – Contact pluss77 Support: The Player must first submit the complaint to pluss77's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The complaint must include the Player's registered mobile number, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction references). pluss77 targets a response within 24 hours of receipt.
- Step 2 – Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the initial response, the complaint may be escalated to pluss77's Compliance team. The Player will receive a formal written determination within five (5) business days of escalation.
- Step 3 – PAGCOR: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the Platform's regulatory body. pluss77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Amendments to Terms
pluss77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, pluss77 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where possible, sending notification to registered Players' email addresses or via SMS.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of their Real Money Balance.
